返金ポリシー
デジタル製品については、知的財産を保護し、顧客に即時アクセスを提供するため、製品が配信された後の返金はできません。
ツアーについては、予定日の2日前以降のキャンセルには返金できません。また、48時間以内のキャンセルや無断キャンセルも返金対象外です。
ウォーキングツアーについては、ガイドが判断する不適切な天候の場合には全額返金されます。この決定は予定ツアーの2日前に行われます。
For digital products, to protect our intellectual property and ensure instant customer access, refunds are not available once digital products are delivered.
For tours, cancellations made after booking will incur a 50% fee for planning and arrangements. No refunds for cancellations 2 days prior to the scheduled activity or later.
Walking tours are subject to full refunds in the event of unsuitable weather, as determined by the guide. The decision will be made 2 days prior to the scheduled tour.

引渡時期
注文は2～3営業日で処理され、支払い完了後すぐに予約が可能ですが、予約の実施は最短で5営業日後からとなります。
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and reservations can be made immediately after payment is completed. However, the earliest a reservation can be implemented is 5 business days later.
